From Dust To Mud

Kathmandu, capital of Nepal, is one of the historical places in the world. People of this place have struggled for a good life in the past to the present. At past, due to various wars, the people couldn't have a good time and in present, due to the various problem not solved by the government. At past, people had war with the enemy but at present people are having war with the government. 
The road in Kathmandu is probably one of the worst roads we can find in underdeveloped countries. Also, the road has some special feature: being dusty in summer to being muddy in the rainy season. The road can form a fog of dust on a sunny day while the road can disappear in the rainy days. 
It is not that the government doesn't have enough money for making good roads, but due to corruption at its peak, the allocated budget is not used in the road rather it is used to make pocket bigger. Nepal is a country known for its sovereignty but I'm afraid that Nepal will have its name as the country with roads that can transform itself in seasons.

Say there is a coin that is worth hundreds of US dollar but it is not made up of gold platinum or silver and cant be stored in piggy bank and so on.
